Note:

1.Oil level should between the 2 lines on sight glass. Under filling will result in poor vacuum performance. Over filling can cause oil blowing from the exhaust. 

2. Generally, pump is shipped without oil in the reservoir.

Some oil is inside because Due to the Fact that all Pumps are tested to ensure its quality.
